Service Description

This is a two day, 1,5 hours each session workshop which will be lead Jennifer on the first day and Nisarga on the second. You can read about each of the teachers by clicking on the profile below. Having quality sleep is quintessential to living a healthy lifestyle. In this masterclass with healthy lifestyle expert and yoga teacher, Jennifer Pansa Rohr, you will learn ways to improve your sleep hygiene with simple lifestyle shifts and natural remedies. Specifically, Jennifer will explore the benefits of various essential oil rituals, simple shifts to creating a relaxing environment followed by a restorative yoga poses you can do in bed that will help you clear a racing mind. Imagine sleeping deeply all night and waking up feeling rested and refreshed. This is possible for you, and in this workshop you will gather the knowledge to make these empowering changes. For this session, we will stat with a 1 hour knowledge sharing part and proceed with a 30min yoga portion. You could also look into purchasing a bundle of essential oils that will enhance your experience or feel free to have your own oils ready. This is only a recommendation and is not a requirement. Beginners Trio Aromatouch Diffused On the second day of the workshop we will work with Felt sense - body awareness and breathwork with Nisarga. This part of the workshop will serve as a great introduction to the concept of Felt Sense, Led by Nisarga Eryk Dobosz, Facilitator of BBTRS Breathwork modality. You will walk away with deeper sense of yourself and tools you can use in everyday life to be able to manage the level of activation and presence in your physical body. This workshop will be a great addition to your practice if you are already working with people as well as being of benefit to anyone who wishes to explore themselves on a deeper level through creative and fun use of your physical body and senses.  When we’re able to remain present to what our bodies experience at any given moment without justification - we are no longer stuck in unconscious emotional responses and behaviors perpetuated by the past traumatic events. We develop a capacity to be present in any situation without loosing our awareness or being overwhelmed by emotions, bodily responses or memories.
