This is a comprehensive educational program intended to produce quality healers - full of love and compassion.
This is not another weekend course, you are not going to learn Reiki or other healing modalities without putting in the work. This three-year program will require dedication, discipline and desire to work on yourself which will result in you being able to help yourself, your loved ones and if you choose to, those that cross your path.
If you are willing to go deep, understand and face your own inner issues, accept and work on those through empathy and kindness, then this is the first step into liberation and becoming a healer that this world needs.
Here, at Spirit Mountain Academy we want to be able to give you the tools to help heal others but starting with yourself - beginning with your own spiritual journey to self-growth and raising your own consciousness.

Your teacher Keadar comes from a lineage of healers where she first started gaining her knowledge. She then went on to gather and accumulate her knowledge over the years, and through this program wishes to honour everything and everyone she has learned from.
There is also no pressure of completing the course, you can go as far as you feel you need to go in this journey.

The second part of Level I education will be held during another weekend at the end of October.
There will also be group meetings on the last Sunday of every month.
Please note that this is an online educational program - you will be able to complete it from anywhere in the world.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A HEALER
WHY CHOOSE TO STUDY WITH US?
This program will be done in a group environment, which will become a community, a place for you to support one another through this journey. Even though some may not finish this course you can still be there for each other in your development and practice.
Every month you will get together with Keadar and other people who are taking part in this course and have a chance to discuss what you have learnt that month. You can track your progress both as a healer and as a developing soul.
Through this course you will have constant support from Keadar - you can reach out to her whenever you have a question or are stuck with your practice. Even when the course has ended Keadar will still be there to support you and answer any question you may have.
At Spirit Mountain Academy we want you to be fully immersed in becoming a healer and this is why we want to offer you as much support as you would need, even after completion of the course.
WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is an energy healing modality that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to channel energy to one’s body, improving the flow and balance of the energy to support healing.
Deriving from the Japanese words Rei, meaning “universal,” and Ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things.
But Reiki is much more than that, in addition to being a holistic healing modality it also works on the practitioner and raises their vibration and consciousness while they are using themselves as a channel for the divine energy to travel through.
It is used all over the world, in different settings, as a stand alone healing as well as in hospitals and hospices, to complement other forms of health treatments.

Although the primary focus of this course is Reiki, you will also learn about fundamental principles of energy work and its mechanism which will help you see energy healing from a broader perspective. This is not a ‘traditional’ Reiki course but a comprehensive course on energy healing with focus on Reiki. Once you understand the how’s, why’s, in’s and out’s of energy work and healing, your healing practice and energy will also come from a place of understanding, respect and responsibility of your work, all of which enhance your power and strengthen your healing channel. With this understanding and knowledge, you will also be able to incorporate any other tools you have in your healing practice and become more creative in using energy to facilitate healing.

LEVEL I - HANDS ON HEALING
Starting this course you will first look at and understand the mechanisms of healing, the hows and the whys behind it. Here are some topics that will be covered:

Deep understanding of the history of healing - where it all originated from and where it is now going

Looking at what tools you will need going forward in your journey as a healer, and how you can gain and develop these tools
-
Exploring the Eastern and the Western traditions of healing - focusing more on the East
-
In places like Japan and Thailand you have a master teacher who will guide you through the entire process and Keadar’s aim is to be there by your side all the way through. She will be here to answer any questions, talk through uncertainties and support you in whatever way is necessary.
The first step of this whole process is raising your own consciousness. Only then it will be time to explore how energy works.
There will be several mediation sessions throughout this level that will start opening up and clearing your healing channels for divine energy. This whole year will be devoted to self-exploration, self healing, personal growth as a human being, stepping into a deep inner world that will assist you in making a profound change in life.
By knowing yourself wholeheartedly, you will be able to begin understanding others, sympathise with their path and heal them from the heart.
LEVEL II - DISTANCE HEALING
What a lot of people don’t realize is that energy can be instantly transmitted over a distance, similar to when mothers know when something happens to their children even when they’re far away, or when people are so in sync and they call each other at the same time.
Energy also travels very fast, that’s why we can send love, well wishes, prayers and healing energy to anyone regardless of where they are in the world.
Many experience a sense of peace and calm during or right after the remote healing session. This can be done anytime, anywhere, without anyone having to leave their homes.
In this level we will be looking at distance healing and:

You will learn how it works and practice sending healing to someone far away

We will look at prayers, how those are worded and what the power behind them

You will learn to identify and interpret symbols that surround us on a daily basis

Keadar will then share with you the meaning behind Reiki symbols and how those are used
LEVEL III - REIKI TEACHER
This level is for training teachers.
In this level you will reach the level of a Reiki teacher, you will be taught the responsibilities of becoming a Reiki teacher, and you will be able to walk away and to pass on Reiki attunements to others and teach them the channelling procedures.
