  • How do I watch the course videos?
    You can stream the videos and access the course files from any device with internet access. Once you purchase the course, you will be able to find it in “My Courses” section which you will see in the drop down menu once you log in.
  • How to log into my account?
    You can login and create an account via the icon that is located at the top right hand corner of the website.
  • How to navigate your Spirit Mountain Academy account?
    Once you access your account you will come across: Profile - here you can customize your profile, write a bit about yourself, add a profile picture. My one-on-ones - this is where you will find any one-on-ones/private sessions that you have booked through our website. My wallet - this is where you will find any cards you have used for payment, this just makes it quicker when you are at checkout so you don’t have to enter your details each time - you can opt out of this option. My course - this is where you will find any of your courses you have purchased and continue your education wherever you left it last - it is easy and your progress will be saved each time you access the course. My account - this is where you can see your name and email that you have set up for this account, you can also change settings - for example to hide your profile from other users. Notifications - here you will find any new content that has been posted to the website like new blog posts - these can also be turned off if you don’t want to be notified. Settings - here you can change any setting to do with the blog on the website - you can turn off notifications and any interactions with other users.
  • How to find your courses?
    Your course will be found in your profile and will open automatically. The courses will be available to you for 3 months unless stated otherwise. You will be able to go back and view this content as many times as you wish within this time.
  • How to find your one - on - ones?
    Once you have purchased a one-on-one session with one of our teachers you will be sent a confirmation email which will contain your zoom link to access the private call. You can also find your one-on-ones through your account on our website, here you can also make any changes - reschedule, cancelations and purchase another service.
  • How to reschedule your one - on - ones?
    Please aim at letting us know about any changes as soon as possible. You can normally reschedule 72 hours in advance but please check the terms and conditions for each session before purchasing. We do of course realise that life happens and will try our best to accommodate you at a different date and time.Please note, that you will be charged a full amount if you do not show up for your one-on-one session and fail to notify us within the 72 hour courtesy period.   • How to reset/recover your password?
    When you go to login to your Spirit Mountain Academy account but realise you have forgotten your password - you will find underneath the password box 'forgotten password?’. You will be sent an email to reset your password within the next 2 minutes.
  • How long do I have access to my course?
    Once you have purchased your course you will have 3 months to access the course - we will send you reminder emails along the way. We would like to encourage you to get started with the courses as soon as you can as it gives you an opportunity to reflect on what you have learnt and go back to parts that you wish to revisit.
  • When will I be sent a link for my one - on - ones?
    Once you have purchased your one-on-ones, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email you used at the checkout. You will receive a welcome email, with further details. Please don’t forget to check your Spam folder - sometimes our emails might end up there.
  • What if I don’t have a computer and I can only access the program through my tablet or phone?
    That is absolutely not a problem. All our content is “mobile responsive” meaning that it will adapt to your device – whether you use a smartphone, computer, or tablet. Whether you use iOS, Android, or Windows… it runs well on all systems. If you experience any technical issues, please reach out via email to info@spiritmountain.co.uk We also have a mobile app that you can download by searching for Spaces by Wix in your App Store.
  • How do I become a teacher at Spirit Mountain Academy?
